Is there an admission fee?

No but donations are asked for and always accepted.

Is there a registration fee to show my car?

There is no set fee. It's all on a donation basis but the whole point of the show is to raise money for the underserved kids and families that use Ballard Services so please make a generous donation. 100% goes to Ballard for services. If you donate at the $25 level, you get a free t-shirt designed by Jud Kite.

What categories of cars are allowed?

There will be more old-school hot rods, but we like to see a full variety of all makes, models and years - including motorcycles.

How many cars will you accommodate?

Preregistration is limited to the first 250 vehicles, and our total capacity is around 350, so GET THERE EARLY to get a good spot. If you arrive after 10:00, there will be few spots left.

Where does the money go?

All the money and fees we collect go to the Ballard Community Center. They provide much needed family services to people in need in Lawrence and Douglas County. We are proud to have provided thousands of dollars to them each year to continue their good work.
